Depending on where you are in the country(Canada or the US), you will usually receive the product within a few days but please allow a week or two. URAD (Leather Mate) does not do well in below freezing temperatures so we keep an eye on the weather - if it is extremely cold we may wait a few days to ship - particularly if it is being shipped in northern states.In Canada URAD is shipped from Mississauga, Ontario In the USA URAD is shipped from California.
