Care for Golf Leather and Vinyl

URAD (formerly known as LeatherMate in the USA) can safely be used on all of your leather and vinyl. Use it on vintage leather golf bags, vinyl seats on your golf cart, leather golf grips and of course your golf shoes. URAD will not leave your vinyl seats slippery or sticky and will remove grass stains from your leather golf shoes.

Clean your Leather Golf Shoes

Use a very small amount of URAD by dipping the sponge in the jar and wiping it on the inside rim to remove any on the surface of the sponge. You want only what is in the sponge. Work it gently into the leather of the shoe and the lanolin will work the dirt out as it puts the oil back into the leather. The carnauba wax will further protect the leather from water and dirt and also return the natural shine without a polish.

URAD comes in black, brown and neutral. The neutral works on any colour. It is ideal for cleaning and protecting white leather.

If you are using your golf shoes often, you can treat them with URAD every 2-3 weeks. Do not treat more than every 10 days or so or you may get a build up of the carnauba wax.

You can completely restore the old leather of antique golf bags with URAD. If the leather is very dry but not actually cracked you may want to apply URAD a couple of times in the first 2-3 weeks. Using some Tenderly mixed with the URAD will help it absorb if necessary. There is more on 'how to' on our instruction page.
